(1) an FFI that is registering to confirm that it meets the requirements to be treated as a local FFI, nonreporting FI member of a PFFI group, qualified collective investment vehicle, restricted fund, qualified credit card issuer, sponsored investment entity, or sponsored controlled foreign corporation (under Treasury Regulations section 1.1471-5(f)(1)(i)); (2) a Reporting FI under a Model 1 IGA and that is registering to obtain a GIIN; or (3) an FFI that is treated as a Nonreporting FI under a Model 1 or Model 2 IGA and that is registering pursuant to the applicable Model 1 or Model 2 IGA.

Turglos Çok Dilli Terimler Sözlüğü, ağırlıklı olarak Hukuk, Felsefe, Sosyoloji ve diğer sosyal bilimler alanlarında kullanılan kelime ve terimleri kapsamakta ve Türkçe’den Latince ve Grekçe kökenli dillere ve bu dillerden Türkçe’ye gitmektedir. Şimdilik İngilizce başta olmak üzere Latince, Almanca ve Fransızca karşılıklar verilmektedir. Yakın olacağını ümit ettiğim bir gelecekte hem diğer diller (İtalyanca, İspanyolca ve Portekizce) eklenecek hem de kelimelerin etimolojik kökenleri ve morfolojik yapıları da terimceye konulacaktır. Tabii ki terimce büyümeye ve genişlemeye de devam edecektir.
Bu Terimce çalışması, 50 yıllık meslek yaşamımda açıkça hissettiğim bir gereksinimi karşılamak amacına yöneliktir. Bir tarafı Türkçe olan mevcut sözlük ve terimce çalışmaları hem sayıca azdır, hem de uzman filtresinden geçirilmediği için doğru bilgilerin yanı sıra yanlış ya da yanıltıcı bilgiler de içermektedir. Bu sebeple, terimce çalışmalarının ansiklopedik ve mümkün olduğu kadar geniş kapsamlı olması gerektiğine inanıyorum ve bu çalışmada da bunu yapmaya gayret ediyorum.
Terimcenin sizlerin de öneri ve katkılarıyla gelişeceğini biliyorum. Bu sebeple, öneri ve katkılarınızı bekliyorum.

Turglos Multilingual Terminology Dictionary primarily covers words and terms used in Law, Philosophy, Sociology, and other social sciences, bridging Turkish with languages of Latin and Greek origin, and vice versa. Currently, equivalents are provided primarily in English, as well as Latin, German, and French. I hope that in the near future, other languages (Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be added, and the etymological roots and morphological structures of the terms will also be included in the glossary. Naturally, the terminology will continue to grow and expand.
This project is aimed at meeting a need I have keenly felt throughout my 50-year professional career. Existing dictionary and terminology works that include Turkish are both few in number and, because they have not passed through an expert filter, often contain incorrect or misleading information alongside accurate data. For this reason, I believe that terminology work must be encyclopedic and as comprehensive as possible, and I am striving to achieve this in this project.
I am aware that this glossary will develop with your suggestions and contributions. Therefore, I welcome your feedback and support.
